Recreational (General) classes are designed to be fun and interesting sessions designed to improve childrens’ fitness, strength and flexibility while teaching the fundamental gymnastics skills upon which to build.
These classes are also designed to build a passion for the sport by ensuring classes are fast paced, progressive and incorporate a range of disciplines.
Cost is £5.50 per hour
Plus:- £5 club membership and IGA (Independent Gymnastics Association) membership (both annual).
