Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational (General) classes are designed to be fun and interesting sessions designed to improve childrens fitness, strength and flexibility while teaching the fundamental gymnastics skills upon which to build.
These classes are also designed to build a passion for the sport by ensuring classes are fast paced, progressive and incorporate a range of disciplines.
5+ Years
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Advanced Gymnastics
Our advanced gymnasts train from two hours per week up to four hours per
week to prepare for more demanding skills and, possibly, optional floor
and vault competitions. The focus in these classes are on drills, strength,
flexibilty along with advanced skill aquisition in tumbling, vault and bars.
Entry is through invite or trial from within our general gymnastics classes.
These classes are by invitation only. We first work with your child to assess whether they enjoy and are suited for the more intensive training.
Aerial Circus
Including Aerial silks, hoops, trapeze and ropes along with tumbling, acrobatics. Classes also include ground circus skills such as juggling, hula hoop and flow.
Learning circus skills can improve motor skills, co-ordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence in a way that is always fun, exciting and varied.
6 -12 Years

Adult Circus
Discover the thrill of circus arts with our Adult Circus sessions, running twice a month on Thursday nights from 7-9 PM for just £12 per session. This open training session and circus hub welcomes all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced performer.
Explore aerial disciplines like silks, hoop, and trapeze, or dive into floor-based skills leading up to fire spinning, including contact staff, poi, rope dart, diablo, and much more.
This session is hosted by Kent Fire Spinners, providing a supportive and creative space to train, learn, and connect with others passionate about circus arts.
